Client Rights

Regarding the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, the Client’s rights are limited to personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by the Photographer.

Unedited Images

The Client is not entitled to unedited files. They are not provided to clients so that they can reflect a consistent quality of work; French Photography holds the right to withhold unedited photos from the Client.

Restriction of Alteration

The Client will not alter the provided photos in any manner (make personal edits such as retouching, filtering, adjusting tones, cropping, etc) unless discussed with and agreed upon with the Photographer. Any alteration made on photos not approved by the photographer is copyright infringement.
